Refund policy

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@theinspiredplayhouse.com within 10 business days and we will initiate the return process and email you instructions.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. You will receive the refund within 5 business days after the item is returned.
