Design Process Overview

1. Tell us what you need — Send your floor plan, wish list, or budget. A phone call works too.

2. We build your quote — You receive an itemized written quote, typically within 3-5 business days, with specifications and lead times for every item.

3. You issue a purchase order — We accept purchase orders, government purchase cards, and ACH. We provide any vendor documentation your program requires.

4. We manage the order — We coordinate with manufacturers, track lead times, and keep you updated through delivery.

Lead time note

Lead times vary by manufacturer, and institutional furniture often ships in 10-15 weeks. If you're working toward a licensing inspection, an accreditation visit, or the start of a program year, tell us your date up front and we'll build the schedule around it.
