The Tom Playhouse

This playhouse comes from one of the top builders of beautifully designed wooden structures in Europe. The classic design is made of all-natural Nordic Spruce solid wood, so has enhanced durability. This playhouse kit is only recently available in the United States, and we're proud to be among the first to offer it! Please note, it is intended to be customized by picking your own paint color and roofing finish. 

Description

The Tom Playhouse includes some DIY elements so you can put your creative touch on the project. The wood comes unpainted; some families choose to match the playhouse to their main house, and other customers love the natural look and just put on a coat of sealant. (Either paint or sealant is needed). The Tom playhouse includes all the required hardware along with a detailed manual. The roof can be customized by adding shingles or a medal roof atop the wood; some type of weatherproof roofing material is required to protect the longevity of the wood.

Shipping:

Palmako's factory is in Estonia while their American warehouse is in Philadelphia, PA. Therefore the shipping time to certain western and southern states is a bit longer than to the eastern part of the United States.

This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

The liftgate service is included at no additional cost to provide delivery off the truck to your curbside. The carrier will lower the packaged skid off the delivery truck to the ground with a forklift-type device. From there, it is ready for unpacking and moving in individual pieces to the assembly site.

Note: As they are imported, Palmako structures are not able to be returned; please let us know if you have any questions at all prior to ordering. A five year limited warranty is included for defects in manufacturing and workmanship
